The cottage is located 150 m from the lakeside and 100 m from the Degernäs Manor House which has an excellent restaurant. The distance to the first tee on the golf course is only 200 m and the 12th hole passes only 50 m away. The cottage has two bedrooms suitable, a large living room with TV, bathroom with toilet/shower, kitchen equipped with refrigerator/freezer, micro oven, and coffee percolator. The cottage has its own small terrace with garden furniture.
