Four bedrooms: 1 quadruple, 2 triples and a double room with separate beds. A kitchen with 4 burner stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge and freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The living room has a dining table next to an LCD TV, DVD player, radio, CD player and fireplace. In the villa there are 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet. The large winter garden is equipped with various seating areas and a further dining table. The covered terrace offers a wonderful view of the lake. Before the house sun loungers for sunbathing can be found in the summer. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is forbidden.
